Hiya!
Pretty sure her current mortality status is contingent upon a DM's campaign. But officially...? Not sure. Probably defaults to "yeah, she's alive and a Goddess".
In one of my (my longest standing, actually) Greyhawk campaigns, Lloth died in/around 572'ish CY by a particularly effective band of PC's. So when I run that campaign (haven't in over 2 decades though, so...yeah...), she's still dead. In another Greyhawk campaign (with different players), she is still alive...as she killed everyone except maybe a Ranger, iirc, who used some magic item to amscray before he met his end. In all other Greyhawk campaigns I've run for other groups or combinations of players/freinds, she's alive; nobody's ever gotten such worthy PC's enough to challenge her.
So...yeah... "depends".
