Ximix follows forward, moving behind the other support personnel to D9 or closest reasonable to support fighters.

Jamilee spends a valuable second or two listening to Saithnar's lengthy explanation of his battle plan; finally (on initiative 10), she decides it's not worth the wait, and sets off into the fray. Fortunately her own ideas seem to coincide more or less with his; she moves ahead to position 8I, drops her torch, and readies her shield. She then readies an action to attack whatever enemy is foolish enough to step inside her reach. (Pre-rolled potential AoO/readied attack: attack=14, damage=4)

Her own contribution to the battle plan is more succinct, and more loud as well - "Form a LINE! Watch our right FLANK!", she screeches out.

Munchin quickly moves to the right in order to support the other fighters and cover the right flank from possible attacks and readies an attack incase one of the other fighters falls back.

She is still carrying a tourch in her off hand.

As she moves forward she realizes that this ant looks a lot meaner then the first one and all her confidence seems to have vanished. With a nervous attitude she aims her xbow against the ant but a shaky hand sends the short far off the target shoot

OOC: how long time since the last ant (group2)? if it is less then an hour the mage armor should still be on Munchin.

Initiative, Sling attack and damage (1d20+3=6, 1d20+5=23, 1d3-1=0)

While a little slow in the combat, Possum moves up to the mouth of the tunnel (10 g, I believe) twirling her sling as she runs. When she gets to the mouth of the tunnel, she lets loose a stone that barely damages the Ant (1 measly point of damage!).

Unless, of course, someone has taken serious damage by then, in which case she will get ready for a Cure.

Jallembo is quick to react - very quick indeed. His arrow flies through the moist air to hit the giant warrior ant.

Jallembo reactacts instantly to the presence of the andt and sends an arrow it's way. The projectile hits and wounds the ant for 3 damage.
Quintaine follows suit and also launches an arrow at the vermin. Unfortunately he doesn't match Jallembo's shot and his arrow flies wide.
Nura moves forward and shoots at the ant with her corssbow. The bolt flies through the cavern without coming near the ant.
Saithnar moves forward next to Nura and shootrs a ray of cold energy but also misses the ant.
Munchin moves forward to start a line of defence.
Ximix moves just behind Munchin.
Then the ant charges Munchin, triggering his attack. The large mandibles snap just inches from Munchin, missing him by a hair.
Jamilee Joind Munchin's side. she drops her torch, readies het shield and strikes at the vermin. Too busy screeching out commands, she fials to hit the ant.
Dorrin moves to meet the ant in the center of the cavern, joining Jamilee's side. He strikes the ant hard, cutting away a part of it's mandible and slicing a big cut in the side of it's head, for a total of for 8 damage.. The vermin is staggered by the blow, ready to collapse any moment.
Landers moves forward to join Ximix with supporting the front line,
Krindorf moves all the way through the tunnel and just makes it into the cavern.
Possum Possum moves up to the mouth of the tunnel twirling her sling as she runs. When she gets to the mouth of the tunnel, she lets loose a stone which flies wide and misses the ant.

After ducking to avoid the snapping mandibles of the Giant Ant, Munchin launches a surprised right hook of his back foot, no quite getting all the weight he wanted behind it.

Readied attack (1d20+3=7, 1d6+3=9)

Collecting himself after his diasterous attack, Munchin squares up to the beast and looks him in the eye as his Left fist comes crashing down on the right temple of the beast, Defiance etched in the visage of the young and often prideful Monk.

Saithnar focuses his mind and lets loose a ray of fiery energy at the ant (if it's still standing)...
Energy Ray(Fire) touch attack at ant (1d20+2=12, 1d6+1=6) INvalidated since first ant was killed.

Oops, forgot to add the -4 for firing into melee. So that would be AC 18 for Quints hit, and touch AC 8 for Saithnar.
