But I think that SithObi01 nailed it, I was feeling a little masochistic. A couple of my buddies are some serious powergamers; no pun-puns, or cancer-mages, but they still exploit like crazy. So I wanted to play a character that was seriously under powered. Let's face it, PsyWar in 3.0 pretty much suck. Especially in a basically non-psionic game. But by playing a character well, I knew he would still shine (and get my cut of xp no matter many slayings were mine).

I got the build done; I will share it after a quick jaunt to the *sigh* ... shopping mall.
