Looking for a Feat - Bow Sniper

I'm trying to figure out which book the Bow Sniper feat is in.

Any help is appreciated.

I can find it online but not in any of the books I own. It doesn't appear to be part of the RSRD. The nearest thing I can find in anything I have is the Sniper's Shot spell from Complete Adventurer. That removes the range restriction for sneak attacks (though you still have to be capable of making a sneak attack) but it doesn't have the Dex-based damage mod.

There is Able Sniper feat in Races of Wild and Crossbow Sniper feat in PHB2. But it seems that a feat called Bow Sniper is not in 3.5e WotC books.

Yeah, I found it online as well. Wiki is notorious for posting homebrew feats and classes, but this one wasn't in the Homebrew section. Sadly, it sisn't say what the source was.

Our group rule is that if it isn't from an accepted source book, it has to be approved by the group. And while a "majority rule" technically applies, in practice when someone proposes or asks for such a vote, if the result is anything other than unanimous, the advocate withdraws the request. Since anyone can be a DM at our table, it's considered good form to get every DM's approval.

My group approved, so it's in.

Still, if it's on paper someplace, I'd like to know what book it's from.
