Looking for a good starter adventurer involving goblins?

First Post
I'm looking for a good starter module involving the mostly human good-aligned PCs going up against goblins. Something fairly generic that I can pop into any campaign world without a lot of effort. Any suggestions? This should be something that takes the group from 1st level and 0 XP to 2nd or 3rd level, if possible.

PCs would likely all be from the same mid-sized town or the surrounding area.

Thanks

Ugh. I have one, but it's attached to a $12 campaign setting. Not really what yout want. If you are truly and sincerely interested, send me an email to derekbecker1@yahoo.com and I'll extract it for you. The adventure would be without context however and there will be some feats without real explanations. But it is a starter goblin adventure.

If you don't mind doing a little work, here's one that looks fun: http://www.dragonsfoot.org/php/archive.php3?sectioninit=AD&fileid=152&watchfile=0

You'll have to convert it to 3e though.

This is a simple adventure I wrote for the start of a campaign set in the Forgotten Realms I ran a couple of years ago. The PCs started at 1st and ended at 3rd. I think I only had three PCs to start anyway. The zip includes word docs with the adventure synopsis and backgroud as well as monster stats. The 2 maps are keyed with where the goblins and traps are. The maps are from WOTCs Map-A-Week site from a couple years ago. I think the adventure was written for 3.0 but would not take a lot (if anything) to update to 3.5. It is set in an around Shadowdale but really any village in a forest will do.

I thought the Sunless Citadel was pretty decent...has kobolds and goblins. And you can plop down into just about any campaign with some minor modifications.

A Dark and Stormy Knight, the newest free .pdf adventure from WotC, has an undead bugbear as the "boss" monster. It's got some nifty low-level magic items, too. The pearl of power (0th-level spells) is cool.

I believe the adventure Of Sound Mind has some goblins. Also, psionic content as well. Many speak well of it.

I was going to recommend Of Sound Mind. It does indeed have goblins in fair abundance, as well as other interesting things. And if you don't care for Psionics, they're easy to remove and replace with magic - no one will be any the wiser. Its a great adventure.
