Looking for a Pygmy template or help coming up with one

I'm working on a jungle themed adventure and I want to put a huge village of pygmy lizardmen canibals in it. Only problem is I don't have all the books so I don't know if there is a template for pygmy out there or if I'm going to have to come up with it myself.

there isn't a pygmy template that I know of, but the young template should work

size down 1 step
AC -2 nat armor (minimum +0)
Nat weapons damage down 1 step
-4 STR
-4 CON
+4 DEX

for a less wussy pygmy you could add the advanced or the old 3e feral template on top of the young template

Pygmy lizardfolk could easily be represented by kobolds. Just re-skin them and make a few flavor tweaks.

for a really quick solution just make them small

3.5 had the dungeonbred template in the Dungeonscape book.

The dungeonscape template is quite nice. It grants ability score bonuses to make up for 1/2 the str loss and all the con loss of de-advancing size along with INA foe all weapons. CR stays the same since while it is less akward in the dungeon, it lost reach and some attack and damage.

I like the dungeonbred one ill check it out but if i can't get ahold of that template I'll probably use the young or small one.
