Looking for a site

Due to RL considerations, I have not been able to pay as much attention to my RPG hobby as I would have liked for the last 8 months or so. I knew at one time that WOTC had licenced/allowed a company to offer their old D&D and other products for downloading on the internet. Is that still going on and, if so, what site is that please/
