Looking for a Spell

I remember a spell, I think it was called "Squamous Rupture" or some such, that caused scaled creatures a great deal of damage,and reduced their Natural Armor bonus for a while. Can some kind soul tell me the name of the spell, and where I can find it? I'm fairly certain it was in a WotC book, not a third-party D20 book.

what your looking for is squamous pulse and it's in the Book of Eldritch Might 2.

the book was written by monte cook and is useful against any creature with a natural armor bonus.
