If you toss out some more details about the character, we might be able to give you some more AC-boosting ideas.

Making a Dragonfire Adept. Has crappy AC because they can't wear armor. Only have my Dex to rely on. Con and Cha are primary stats for them, so I was looking to capatalize on them.

Charisma to AC as a...

Deflection Bonus? Become an incorporeal creature, a Nymph, or a Nereid
Divine Bonus? Mystic Wanderer (mentioned above)
Shield Bonus? Divine Shield (mentioned above)
standard Charisma Bonus? Ascetic Mage, Battledancer (mentioned above)

All of thse stack except that Divine Shield makes you ineligible for Mystic Wanderer, Battledancer, and Ascetic Mage due to using armour and being incorporeal keeps you from using Natural Armour.

Not AC, but effectively the same with one opponent:

Player's Handbook II, Combat Panache Feat, Sneering Glower maneuver - on successful Intimidate check (as a move action), your opponent takes a penalty on his attack rolls equal to your Cha bonus.
