Looking for an old Amiga game

A Wicked Kendragon
This is probably a really futile quest, but I keep trying to find this.

The game was divided into two alternating gametypes.

In the first you fly through space. There were red rectangles forming spiralling lines that you had to guide your ship through. If you missed too many of them you were destroyed and had to start over.

The second was a long straight corridor where these blocks of different colors moved to block your way, and you had to start over if you crashed into them.

It had a really awesome soundtrack.

It might be a game called Mindstorm, IIRC.

One gameplay area was controlled using the mouse while the other was controlled using the joystick. The background music was suitable eerie. The game came out with the Amiga's initial release, and it had some issues with memory expansion.

Talk about a trip down memory lane! :)

I remembered the details a bit wrong. No wonder it was hard to find. It was Hydrozone.

But now I'm intrigued about this Mindstorm you mentioned. I've never heard of it. Do you have any information on it?

( Oh boy - where's Mister Peabody & his WABAC machine when you need it! ;) )

The Mindstorm game came out with the original Amigas, so my recollection is rather vague.

One gameplay area you explored and reassembled something. To enable use of certain items you had to enter them - thus going to the second gameplay area. Here you had to avoid hazards and defeat creatures to conquer the area. Once an area was cleared you returned to the first area and continued.

That's about all I can remember. I stopped playing the game when I got a memory expansion for the Amiga 1000. There might be patches available to fix the game for use on systems with Fast memory as well as Chip memory.
