Prerequisites: Cha 13+, Wis 13+, Skill Focus (Sense Motive), Judge of Character
+2 Bluff, +2 Diplomacy, +2 Innuendo, +2 Intimidate
Codex Arcanis

Persuasive (Spycraft)
+2 Bluff, +2 Diplomacy, +2 Intimidate, Threat Range on these skills is 19-20
Spycraft, but this probably won't help.

I have the book now. In Kingdom of Kalamar, it's the Noble Bearing feat. +2 Diplomacy and Intimidate. Prereqs require you have Noble blood or access to observation of noblility. Kinda weird. Cha 13, Wis 13 also. But that's the only feat I know of that offers this.

The Kingdoms oF Kalamar Players Guide (by Kenzerco)has the feat Noble Bearing which gives +2 to Diplomacy and Intimidate. There is another feat called Reagal Bearing where the bonus increases to +4.

Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus on Diplomacy checks and +2 bonus on Intimidate checks.


On the upside, with 45 skills in the PHB there are only (45!)/(43!)(2!) unique 2-skill combinations to choose from. So there is, in fact, a finite number of "+2 to 2 skills" feats, appearances to the contrary notwithstanding.

Hmm... (45!)/(43!)(2!) = 990 (unless my math is rustier than I think). Well, that's comforting, although WotC _has_ expanded into other variations, like +2 on one skill and +1 on certain saves, or +2 on a skill and +2 on initiative... Anyone want to try to calculate the new range of possibilities?

BTW, "Commanding Presence" is a good name for this feat.

But you could probably exclude those that to far apart in use.
