Looking for feats that fit the following

I'm looking for feats that give skill points or make a skill a class skill instead of a cross class one.

I am limited to the following

Complete Books
Player's Handbook
Player's Handbook 2

An example of one is

open minded from Complete adventurer giving you 5 skill points.

I might be able to use one from another book but it has to be a 3.5 WOTC book.

Able Learner from Races of Destiny. Skill cap isn't changed, but all skills cost 1 point.

Your best bet are human paragon levels from UA.
