Looking for immunity to subdual damage...

I think there is a spell (Favor of Ilmatat maybe?) that does this, but that won't work for me. I need some other way to get immunity to subdual damage that doesn't come from any campaign specific materials. Races (or even mosters I can shapechange into), spells that aren't campaign specific, items (not custom), or class abilities are all options. Please let me know if you have ideas.

If he is immune to subdual damage and if he has regeneration from some source (which changes damage to subdual) he will be immune to damage. Gaining undead qualities someway or the other will solve your problem.

How about a ring of regeneration? I understand the necessity of the errata though. IIRC the revenant template was an undead and had regeneration instead of fast healing. It was sort of like the guy from the movie Crow.

Yes I am looking for a combo with regeneration. Any other ideas? Any class or PrC you guys can think of that grant something like this?

Let's see.... to benefit from Regeneration, you must have a con score.
Undead and Constructs are immune to subdual damage.
If you can find an undead or construct somewhere with a con score, and some kind of half-troll template that grants regeneration ...

Hmm.... where were the Warforged from?

Problem with them is that they don't have all the traits of a construct. I'm pretty sure they aren't immune to subdual damage. There is a PrC in Eberron though (Warforged Juggernaut I think) that has them eventually gain construct traits. Hmm..

Keep in mind though that the sources can be completely different for the two. Think of the question as "what can I shapechange into to get good regeneration and what can I shapechange into after that to get immunity to subdual damage."
