Looking for Knight-like PrCs & Variant Archer classes

Arcanus

First Post
Anyone know of any Cleric or Fighter style PrCs that aren't in these following books?: Def.of Faith, Sword&fist, Any other WOTC book out there and Soverign Stone Setting, and Librum Equitis and Book Of Eldritch Magic I&II?
I have these already.

Archer variants I am looking for are something similar to Arcane Archer but Divine based instead.

THer e ar many fighter PRestige classes in War by AEG, Quisential Fighter by Mongoose, and Mystic Warriors by Mystic Eye Games.

THere are many prestige classes throughout the loads of d20 books out there and some are cleric and some are fighter geared. Anyone ever compose a complete list? THat might be a useful thing if someone has access to most d20 books and the time to compile that.

Okay I forgot to mention I had Quentisential Fighter also.

I am looking for PrCs based around a Knight/Military background
leaning more towards ground combat not so much as Mounted.

Most of the ones I have seen that I like are more Mounted Knight concepts but I rather want to steer away from that and find something more on the battleground so to speak.

Have a look at my port of the OA samurai:

War by AEG has many, one moment and I'll list them and tell you about them.....

Beast Handler: Every army has beasts, either dogs to track and gaurd, or horses for the calvary. He can help them all.

Brute: Need to recruit the locals for your army? A Brute is great to head up the press gang. Plus they can hold their own in battle by destroying the enimies weapons, shields, and armor.

Elf Treerunner: Elf prestige class that is great in the forest gaining powers to travel through the trees and literally through the trees.

Epic Athlete: Seek physical perfection and the limelight at the same time. They are superior grabblers

Footman: THis is for small races like the goblin. THey learn to work together and use numbers more effectively.

Gutter Fighter: Anothyer small race class, this one specializes in fighting dirty against medium sized or larger humaniods.

Knight Chaplain: This is a knight order that specializes in healing. A very effective combat medic, but they don't lose much of their fighting ability. They aren't pacifists for instance.

Lancer: Pole Arm expert, nice, simple, and really cool

Mercenary Captain: All troops need leaders.....

Rake: Another swashbuckler variant

Sharpshooter: Expert Archer

Shield Bearer: type of body gaurd

Spellbreaker: usually dwarves, trained to battle mages

Wandering Squire: Good with the staff.

Warleader: Another leader prestige class

Warmage: basically what you expect

Wild Rider: think cavilier without discipline

THis whole book is about War, which does involve the military so it may be of some use to you.

Knight Vanguard

I wrote a prestige class some time ago that might qualifiy -- it aims to represent the classic battlefield knight. It's still very rough, so it might be a wee strong.

It's in the attached file in the message below.

First I would like to thank Crothian for the tips on a book I will have to go and get. WAR by AEG

2nd I want to thank Hong for his Knight class, we made a few adjustments and I will definitely use this class now.

3rd I need to thank comrade raoul for his Knight Vanguard PrC.
I am seriously leaning toward this PrC for my upcoming Knight character. (when my sorcerer dies in Return to Temple of Elemental Evil that is.)
