Looking for link to auto-town demographic thingie

Somewhere out in internetland is a site that automatically generates the population and demographics for medieval villages and cities. I have lost this link. My google-fu is weak and only finds site about actual medieval towns. Perhaps someone out there has this bookmarked? Or am I doomed to forever search the web, page by page?

Hmmm. A tavern generator. Nice, but not really what I'm looking for. It also gave me a "common" tavern with a level 10 bartender. Yikes!

Well, I've once made a 3E Demograph excel sheet which you can download here, but I'm afraid it isn't actually... well.... good. Or complete. (It will generate a random list of settlements, with random sizes and classes to fill it up, and I started doing the demographic summary thingie but didn't finish it.)
It's for 3.0, I don't know if the rules changed.
