A pig-nosed orc head.
An 'around the bicep' tattoo but instead of barbed wire or some tribal tattoo thing, you have different polearm heads. Nothing says 'hardcore' like 'Glaive-Guissarme'

Oh, I'm not just getting something based on popular opinion. I know I want a piece of D&D art that has the "old-school" feel - I'm just asking for links or pics in case there was something I had overlooked. Believe me, I've put off getting ink for YEARS because it's a permanent thing, so I'm hardly rushing into it.
