Looking for single mustachioed Turkish hunk... or laughs.

It seems that my google-fu is weak, but perhaps some of you may know what I'm talking about...
I'm looking for a hilarous web-page that has a Borat-esque guy in it. It's a single guy from Turkey (or Russian, I'm not sure) with a rather outrageous mustache and no sense of style. The web-page is a sort of ad for his bachelor availability. I don't know if the page is actually real or not (I've always assumed it wasn't), but it is most amusing. Unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere. I know it's somewhat well known though. Anyone have a clue what I'm talking about or where it may be found?

Last time I saw it was about a year ago... if I had just any of the keywords needed for a proper search, I could probably find it. But other than what I posted, I don't remember anything.
