There's this (supposedly uninhabited) smallish islands that the PC's are asked to explore with the intent of colonisation. There will be some wilderness encounters and an opposing party of adventurers/explorers (who are part of the overarching plot) to play with on the island.
And I also want a nice dungeon, but don't fancy building one myself. The main reason to have it there would be to offer the party a bit of a break from the outdoors experience, get some xp, do some puzzle solving, pick up some interesting items and perhaps a finall showdown with the opposition with a possibility for escape for the main antagonist (probably a vaguely Elvish chick) . I'll probably be using Yuan-ti as well as power behind the throne villains later on, so something it that direction wouldn't go amiss. Other over-arching plot element would have to be considered on a case by case basis.
