LOST - Actor Sightings

Barak said:
Bah. My view on celebrity encounters are the same as my dad, who met one in his duties as a security guard in a high rise building. When the celebrity asked him if he knew who he was, after being told that he couldn't do something, he was told:

"Yes, I do, Mr X. I just don't particularly care."

I just want the opportunity to see how they would react and either have a short, pleasant conversation or tell them off for being rude, such as your father's experience. I'm curious.

Well, the point is more that I don't really care more how Celebrity X react to meaningless encounters than Stranger Y. I might enjoy their talent, or not, and I might find their personality pleasant, or not. Their celebrity status means little in both cases, though.
