"If any here know Xen'drik, it is I," Xandren replies, "and I assure you that there is no Giant city there named Stormreach."

[sblock=OOC]Temporal ignorance is fun to roleplay. ; ) [/sblock]

The dwarf's eyebrows lower as he slowly turns his head left and up to look at the warforged, incredulous: Goin' at it again? I told ya, giants, savage, ain't got no city! Stormreach is a city for humanoids! Little small short humanoids like meself and these others pipsqueaks here! Ya got fixated with giants huh? I know a friend back there at the Mror Holds that's a wizard with mechs, ya know, he could fix your gears, or sumthin, dunno...?

[sblock=ooc]yeah... that's why I wanted a present-time character! :D Man I wish my english was better or this was in my language 'cause it'd be even more fun! :D Tabletop, it'd be a killer game![/sblock]

Quiet, the both of you! You're all addled! We've already established this is some Elvish trick. But to the point at hand... escape. He turns to the half-fiend, half-chaat'oor. Lots of heaps here. Not sure if any of its seaworthy. I'm a warrior, not a shipwright. No food or anything else, if that's what you're looking for.

I fear we aren't sure where, or even when we are, Stellan says to the feyblooded woman. All I know is that I am here rather than being in the Eldeen Reaches, fighting for our freedom next to my fellow Guardians.

He gestures to the others. These seem to be confused, or else some are from the distant past. They are the only companions I have found, and the closest I have to a tribe here. He straightens up further, making it clear that they are under his protection.

Still mumbling under his breath at Hesh's words, Thormir turns at Stellan in a snap, like he had heard something outrageous, which, well, he had: Waddayamean, "from the distant past"??

Eliza sits down on the sand, facing the sea. She puts her head between her knees. She mumbles under her breath, trying to make sense of everything.

Finally, she composes herself. "All of you, tell me more of how you found yourself here."

"Well, there I was, alongside other warforged and elves, standing against the giant tentacled millipedes, bats with a hundred wings and a thousand flaming eyes, crawling mounds of ectoplasm and embodied fear, and other, even worse creations of the Quori, when there was a flash and I found myself here."

I was in the midst of a battle against the invaders from Lhazaar, Stellan says. We were climbing a cliff to beat them up a mountain, hoping to surprise them as they retreated from our forces. We would have finished them once and for all, and had the chance to further reclaim the Reaches. Suddenly I was blinded by a flash of lightning, and I awoke here, in the crows nest of one of those wrecks.
