Personally (and I've mentioned before) I feel that Willie Wonka & the Chocolate factory is a Mythos story..

For indeed, with the Oompa-Lompa we do seeith what would happen if the dread and terrible Shoggoths came into this world! Verily I say they would embark on song and dance numbers to drive men insane!

Verily I say unto you, Gene Wilder is indeed a Mask of Nyarlathotep! In a chocolate colored top hot! With spats! And a cane!

Actually there's a whole film festival dedicated to HP Lovecraft, though some can't really qualify as Lovecraft adaptations:

My wife hosted this festival a couple of years ago when it was held at the Peabody Essex Museum, in Salem, Massachusetts. (An appropriate venue since not only is Salem a somewhat "fishy" and decayed sort of town, but one of Lovecraft's protagonists also actually visits the old Essex Institute in Salem at some point.)

I have all the entries for that year's festival on DvD.
