I assume you mean Yog-Sothoth, the globular god of time and the father of Wilbur Whateley in The Dunwich Horror. In that case, there is 'Umr At-Tawil, the avatar of Yog Sothoth in Through the Gate of the Silver Key.

Although a kawaii shoggoth would be cool too...
