[MENTION=52240]nijineko[/MENTION] I have looked through the books but I can't find Skill/Armour Shards, where are they?

skill shards are mentioned in the magic item compendium, but only in one of the treasure lists in the back.

they are indeed from the expanded psionics handbook, but due to the crafting transparency rules, can be made with equivalent magic, just as psionics can meet magic item prereqs.

armor shards? perhaps armor crystals is what you meant? magic item compendium, if so.

yes, I meant Armour Crystals (which is one reason why I couldn't find them) but unfortunately the group doesn't use MIC or XPH (although I do have a copy _of the XPH_ so I will ask about it)

Cure spells are difficult to obtain so they aren't available in shops they must be found (although they could still get them but they have kept only a few potions, I don't know why...) and I would put more in but they would rather have gold...

EDIT: added _new info_, I know that potions are necessary but they are relying on a Paladin's Lay-on-Hands
