Low-Magic or Low-Fantasy Prestige Classes

First off, this is not a listing, yet. I would like everyone's input first, particularly from those of you who run Low-Magic or Low-Fantasy games.

Even if you do not run or play in a Low-magic/Low-Fantasy game i still would likeyour opinions as to what published, or unpublished PrCs fir the flavour.

The Classes can run the gamut from slightly less magical or fanciful than straight D&D to just plain ol' clod hopper Dirt-and-Faith Medieval RPGs.

Personally I run a World where Magic is about half of what it is in Standard D&D but I know others who ignore spells altogether except as Miracles and the sort and other still who just limit Spells that do Damage.

I want EVERYONE'S opinion on the matter. What Prestige classes fit?
Where do the PrC's come from (source book or your own efforts)?
Do the PrCs rely upon mundane powers (EX) Special but limited Powers ( SU) or Magical Abilities (SP)?

On a Related Topic, What Class books typically use 3 or 5 level prestige classes (the sort I personally prefer)?

There are several mundane prestiges like Swashbuckler (Sword & Fist/The Complete Warrior) that are all about combat and no magical abilities. Things like that seem fine to me. Assassin (DMG) could be alright, altho you may wish to can the magic they receive....but assassins having spellcasting has always seemed as silly to me as rangers having it so I'm not against the idea.

I never play in low magic/low fantasy games tho so these are pretty much guesses.
