* Writing style: I have a few health issues and impairments that make writing on the
computer difficult. So, expect typos and mistakes occasionally. It's a game, not a final
draft of a novel, so please bear with me.

* Initiative, saving throws, and perception rolls will be made for the players by the GM if it moves the adventure along quickly. Otherwise, players will roll their own dice.

* Dice rollers will be Invisible Castle or the EnWorld on-line dice roller (Temporarily off line) for the players. The GM will use his own dice at home or an on-line random number generator.

* Any absences for longer than 2-3 days should be communicated to the GM via privet message or [ooc]expected absense time[/ooc]. In general, please try to post 3x/week. Players who consistently slow down the game will be removed, at GM's discretion. Note: I am available from 10 am to 12 pm central USA time.

* All characters need an appropriate character picture, head-shot preferably, for token on the tactical grids.

Placeholder for notes, descriptions of important NPCs they have encountered, and any other fluff

Encounter location: Warehouse of a friend of Sargent Marteen de Santo Luce (Pronounced: Lu' che)

Gerraldo Fresconi, Owner of a warehouse that caters to the local taverns and restaurants, gathers fine wines and grains and fruits purchased from farms and vineyards from area up to 50 miles away. Rats are a problem that can be handled well enough, but there has been new construction on the wine cellar that broke into an underground passage. Seeing the value of a natural grotto for wine storage he had his builders pursue this. That was until some rats the size of small dogs were seen. They escaped to safety, but there is still the problem of the rats.

I don't know why, but the sblock command is not working. This is a welcome and a test
[MENTION=6720062]Cyclopean[/MENTION], try setting the command color to the default. I don't know why, but that makes the spoiler block work.

OOC: No, Thuk is still lvl 1. Dame Morrogrim will be very upset if she has to sit in the Inn until that half-orc gets back...his campaign is moving along very slowly... :-S

OOC: I could be mistaken, but I think Morrogrim should be all right because Thuk has been in an active adventure for more than two months. That might just be for approvals, not adventures, but it would seem odd if they didn't go together.

[sblock=OOC: 2 Months]No, the rule is that the first character has to have been playing for two months. This is so we don't get someone jumping in and making characters, get into two games, and drop out a week later, leaving everyone else hanging. It usually takes about 3-4 months for a character to level in a fast game, about 5-6 in a slow game. The time based XP makes sure you level in 6 1/2 months, even if the GM disappeared.

So, Grayn, it is fine for you to bring in Dame Morrogrim. You're good by about 3 days. :heh:[/sblock]

OOC: Will you allow a one time adjustment to prepared spells? I wasn't expecting to be jumping into an adventure and forgot to prepare appropriate spells. Otherwise, I will stick with Umbrella...I am sure it will come in handy somewhere.
