Lycanthropes with poison and spellcasting

Ok, I created some 'new' lycanthropes and gave them sorcerer levels.

Two questions came up I couldn't find an answer to, so I wonder if anyone here can give me an answer:

1. I created a lycanthrope from the medium viper snake. That snake has a poisonous bite with a DC that rises with size. If I cast 'enlarge person' on the lycanthrope, does the DC increase as well?

2. The lycanthrope sorcerers can cast touch attack spells. They also have claw attacks in hybrid form. Suppose I have a charge on one of the claws, and make a 'normal' claw attack.
Can it be used to discharge the touch spell at the same time? What if the claw attack misses the target's 'normal' AC, but hits the touch AC of the target?

Note that:
a. I have given the lycanthrope spellcasters Eschew(sp?) Materials and Natural Spell.
b. Lycanthropes are considered 'humanoid' in all forms.

No. The only reason the save DCs are different for the different sizes of snakes is that they have more hit dice and higher Con scores. You'd have to increase the creature's Con to increase the save DC.

No again. The only ways to discharge a touch spell are with a touch attack or an unarmed strike. A natural weapon attack, such as that made with a claw, is neither of those things. The charge is held by the creature's hand, not the weapon. If you do ths with an unarmed strike, missing the target's normal AC never delivers the spell, even if you'd have hit its touch AC.
