...and misses as he runs to cut off the stealth mutant.

OOC: I've been treating each area as being 30x60 feet and 60x60 feet zones. Number 2 has been lumbering around.

Anyways, considering that Brian is Perception ranged he is able to bomb the mutants no matter where he is.

"Really should stay dry out here," Brian mutters with a touch of a grin. "Catch your death of cold..."

On cue, the water covering WG 3 from the wave surge freezes along the creature's flesh as Brian, feeling that the area may soon be clear, starts to creep toward closer to the crucifix area.

OOC: Flash Freeze WG3, hide. Realized I missed a question about Brian's position, too. While his primary attack powers are Perception range, the Weaken ability he used on the crucifix is ranged. So when we started, I believe he had to be within 60' of the crucifix. With all the sniping and hiding, I would think he'd probably be pulling back some as he jumped around, but that's where he started. If that helps?

Seif just watched, used to seeing his clients disregard his advice. Mostly though, he was trying to appear calm, to contain the nervous tremble that thrummed through the muscles of his chest, his arms, his hands. Remains of battle, yes, but mostly - mostly hatred; hatred of mutants, hatred that threatened to swallow... and then there would be nothing left but red.

Frankly, it was a relief when the sneaking mutant decided to attack, thinking itself unseen...

...How wrong it was. With a quiet flapping of robes the desert man dodged left, twin blades coming round to cut into the smaller mutant's back. "Die."

Deezy turns the baleful, if largely ineffective, attention of the Beast to the two creatures at the railway. She lines up the beam laser as closely as she can so she can try to diagnose if it was the targeting system that was to blame, or just bad aiming on her part.

(Laser on Mutant 9!)

(And all I can say is...wow. I think we can go forward from here just assuming Deezy is of no use whatsoever.)
