Silver Streak uses his Electro-Sense to analyze the circuits. He's looking for a hidden control panel (like a repair tech would use), or any indications of traps or surveillance.

GM: You can use any of those skills with your Electro-Sense, but assuming at least a 10 (if you roll higher you get more info)

Looking a bit more deeply Silver Streak can sense what appears to be a hidden control array. He is fairly confident that some sort of laser-key must have been used by the Spider Thing to control the elevator access. There appears to be no indications of any hidden traps but surveillance was another matter...

Silver Streak sees that there is a "drop" mechanism built into the elevator car itself, which would allow it to be remotely such that the car could be dropped to the bottom of the shaft (at least 200 feet below) but he knew just now to disable it without any problems. He could also sense the combination to operate the elevator itself, but it only went up or down. Finally he sensed that there were three hidden combo-cameras/scanners within the elevator but again if he wanted he would have no problem disabling them. The only glitch he could see was that there would be no way to block the fact that the elevator was being used...

GM: I.e. You can operate the elevator if you want and "disable" the obvious death-trap within. There appear to be no other ones in the elevator that you an sense electronically. If there were explosive lets say that were not set off electronically you would not be able to sense them. Finally you could easily disable the scanners within the elevator but could not mask the fact that it was being used UNLESS you powered it somehow independently.

"Even if you can account for all the traps, suppose the area down below is isolated from The Doctor's main base. He cuts power to this auxiliary base and we are trapped down below," The Princess says.

"Then let's try to make sure he can't send anything else up this way." Silver Streak responds, "I can blow the traps and cameras, and then we see if we can jam or damage the doors and/or the lift mechanism."

"Even if you can account for all the traps, suppose the area down below is isolated from The Doctor's main base. He cuts power to this auxiliary base and we are trapped down below," The Princess says.

"Sure...let's NOT search the secret tunnel...Sack up buttercup. Yer your own personal nightlight. If the Boogeyman comes out...I'll protect ya!"
