Madness Domain

The Madness Domain grants an Insanity score equal to 1/2 you cleric + prestige class lvels.

My question is:

If the Prc class that grants the madness domain is the contemplative class, would levels in another divine Prc also increase the insanity score?

Such as:

Cleric 10
Contemplative 10

20 Levels = 10 Insanity

Cleric 10
Contemplative 10
Church Inquisitor 10

30 Levels = 10 Insanity or 15 Insanity?

My vote is for 10, because the prc class (that grants the madness domain) and cleric class stack, but other divine prc classes would not stack.

IE, the madness domain is a class feature of the cleric and contmeplative classes, but not the church inquisitor class.

Actually, it's half your class level. So if you have 30 total level (what classes they are does not matter) you get +15.

that is character levels.

class levels are defined by what "class" you actually have.

The description says that cleric + prc class levels stack.

If you hae levels of fighter, do you think they would stack?

Most domain bonuses are based on your total divine spellcasting level within a spell list. In other words, every +1 spellcaster level adds that level to your granted powers, as well as to spellcasting.

Thus, someone with 10 cleric levels and 10 prestige levels (provided they have the spellcasting descriptor, and do not grant their own unique spell list) would have an Insanity score of 10, no matter what exactly those prestige levels are.

Sorry, I read it and my brain went somewhere else, sorry about that.

It would be half your cleric + prestige class levels. I would limit it to only the prestige class that grants you the madness domain.

The D&D FAQ has stated that Prc classes do NOT add to domain granted powers.

This (the madness domain) is an exception, which is the reason that I am bringing this up.
