Magic-Immune PrC

I'm not sure if someone's done this already, but what about a prestige class that's basically just immune to magic? I'm thinking d10 hit dice, full attack bonus, all good saves, and... that. First level, immune to magic. At higher levels, counter-spelling things you touch, at even higher ones, antimagic field around you all the time. Maybe by level 10 it could even use something like Mordenkainen's Disjunction 1/day.

The downside would be no magic items, ever, and essentially no healing or buffing ever, so the benefits should be pretty hefty. I think there's a Savage Species prestige class that kind of does this, but it'd be nice to think up something new and balanced for players.

Any ideas?

Immune to magic is huge- personally, I can't imagine buying into this.

Forsaker is as close as I'd go, and that's one of the prestige classes that is terrible for the party as a whole.

In a Low-Magic group facing High-Magic foes, I actually see this PrC as a boon. Maybe base the PrC on Rakshasa or Flesh Golem's progressions

The character would be playing in a mid to high magic campaign, kind of like Eberron but with a different feel to it. I figure, being immune to magic at all times is a massive double-edged sword, since magic items stop working around him, and any casters in the party will pretty much hate him (and fear him).

I don't know where the Flesh Golem and Rakshasa progressions are, which book are they from? That should like a good idea.

Yeah, absolute immunity is kind of ridiculous. Very high SR that you can't lower for beneficial spells, on the other hand, is more interesting. I second the vote to check out Forsaker (I know it was in Masters of the Wild, don't know if they reprinted it in 3.5), along with Occult Slayer (Complete Warrior). If you're looking for a progression for those critters, you might try Savage Species' monster classes.
