Magic item for +10 Performance skill

Are there any published examples of magical instruments that give a bonus to Perform, Countersong or Fascinate? Maybe we could base the cost on those.

KaeYoss: Thanks, you said it for me, that's EXACTLY what I meant. Sure, limited slots hurts you while adventuring. But when I want to go home and make a statue, I pull out my handy Amulet of Craft (sculpting) +10, which only cost me 2000, and suddenly I'm a master. I then put on my Amulet of Perform +10, walk down to the local tavern, and play like a master Bard. Then, I want to research a new spell, so on goes the Amulet of Spellcraft +10! It's not like I need more than one of these skills at any one time, and by getting a large collection I never need a high INT again, and who cares about whether it's a class skill?

I also had a Fighter ask for an item with +10 to Hide, Move Silently, Open Locks, etc. for 4000 per skill. After all, if you've got 200,000 in assets at level 15, this shouldn't be a problem, right? Of course, it would have made Rogues useless.

Here's a perfectly legal item to get this thread jumpstarted again...

Ring of Excellence: This unusual ring grants a +10 competence bonus to all skill checks except as follows: 1 Craft skill, 3 Knowledge skills, 1 Perform skill, and 1 Profession skill. In total, the ring will grant the bonus to a maximum of 43 skills, which is the entire skill list in the PHB. The ring is available in a form that takes up a worn item slot and a form that does not.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe bonuses granted by this ring do not stack with other competence bonuses. The ring does not grant access to skills that are not useable by your class and you must have at least one rank to use skills that cannot be used untrained. The two prices below represent items that either take up a worn item slot or don’t.
&nbsp&nbsp&nbspCaster Level: 20th; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Forge Ring, wish or miracle, 5 ranks in appropriate skill(s); Market Price: 170,000 gp (takes up an item slot), 172,000 gp (does not take up an item slot).

...Cute, eh? I think I got it right.
