Magic "item" for druids.

I'm not sure what format would be best, so I've written this out in pure text, no code or columns etc. I hope you can understand what I mean.

Claw bracer: These bracer look like animal claws, of bird talons etc. They deal 1d6 points of damage, and are tiny weapons. The magical enchantment that affects them is that when a druid wild shapes they retain the damage and any further enchantment that the Claw bracer possesses, in there new form.

I've had a pair of these in my game for almost a year. :)

So it works! What did you/ would you pay for a set? Are they balanced? Tell me all about your druid.

I'm the GM actually. I don't really cost out items I give a party. If I want someone to have an item they get it. If I were to find it was unbalanced at a later date I can always remove that item. I'm the GM, I'm God.

They work out fairly well. I gave them a +2 enhancement. This way the Druid can be effective against creatures with DR while in a Wildshaped form. The Druid also has a chest ornament that provides a +2 to AC while in a Wildshaped form.

The claw bracer, as an item, exists in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (as an exotic item that deals 1d4 damage. blech).

1d6 sounds more like it, and I would price the "retains enhancement bonus in wild shape" as a +1 weapon ability.
