Magic item question

Has anyone seen an item or know how I would write up an item that does the following:

I have a character with Throw Anything, Quick Draw, and working towards the epic feat Storm of Throws which allows you to make a ranged attack with thrown items at every foe within 30 feet.

I need a magical item, like a vest or something, that will hold many daggers and wouldn't hider the character weight wise. It would be nice if the character could quick draw from the item and throw the weapon.

There isn't anything I know of.

But a Vest of Many Pouches would be very similar to a HHH or even a bag of holding. So somewhere in that GP range.

Well, Heward's Handy Haversack is 2,000gp, the Quiver of Elhona(sp?) is 1,800gp, so I'd put this vest at around 1,500gp. As far as how many daggers you could put in it? Fifty seems good to me.

So if I used the Quiver Ehlonna idea, I could command the item each round to produce any of the stored daggers within?

The strange part about the quiver is that it has a space to hold the called items so I would conclude that the item I create should have something similar as well.

Let me put it to you this way: If it was my game, I wouldn't have a problem with you running around with a magical vest that can hold up to 50 daggers which can be drawn as a free action, letting you make as many attacks as possible within a round.

That's basically what the Quiver of Elhona does. Actually, I think I might use this vest idea for one of my players.
