Kilt of Caber Tossing ([ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujpfCRpqkFs"]link[/ame]).
Pull a caber from the sporran and toss it at the nearest enemies.

Does damage and knocks those in the place it lands prone.

I leave as an excerise for the DM to determine the damage and how often this trick can be pulled as that is very system dependant.

Updraft protection?

Let's go one step further...

Kilt of Crotch Covering.
This kilt has been enchanted to, with a command word, completely cover the wearer's groin area. The kilt cannot in any way be moved from total coverage without the command word being spoken again. The kilt covers completely even if the wearer were to be turned on his head (for reasons inexplicable).
Enchantment: CL 3rd, faint conjuration Craft Wondrous Item; Unseen Servant; Price: No price is too much.

:D

Dandelion Kilt: when the wearer of this kilt falls more than 10', the kilt magically flares out in all directions while enlarging to an upside-down bowl some 30' across, affecting the wearer as per a Feather Fall spell, and causing those who look up to be dazed for 1-4 rounds.

Podgorney's Kilt: grants +2 to melee attacks versus oozes, slimes, and puddings. Bonus is +4 versus Blancmange.
