The drive is 3/4 a mile long. I'm afraid I might not be able to get anyone to come to my orphan-employed chicken and coffee restaurant unless I was allowed to install a huge neon sign that could be seen all the way to Glasgow.

Actually they don't exclusively say much about what you could do with the rest of the property I suppose. Though it's taxed as agricultural so I guess putting up a canned beets factory or tennis shoe sweatshop would mean larger bills.

That's why you advertise it in the US & ship in Americans by the bus load.

Probably wouldn't be a good idea to visit the neighbors often though.
