Nope. You can only sneak attack with rays, I believe.

The important thing is the attack for this case, assuming that you have all of the other conditions. Magic missile has no attack roll and as such... ;)

Any attack that qualifies, but for volleys only the first can have it.

Produce flame works fine, no matter if you make a single attack action or a full attack action.

Exactly.

You can sneak attack with any weaponlike spell. A weaponlike spell is one that a/ requires an attack roll, and b/ deals damage, where damage is defined as hit point damage, ability damage, or negative levels. (Ability penalties are not the same as ability damage.)

Wait... are you saying that in theory a Druid/Rogue could Sneak attack with a Poison spell?!

The poison, not the spell, does the damage from the way it looks. The touch attacks deals the poison. the poison deals the stat damage

But it is close enough to be debatable either way

Poison

Necromancy
Level: Clr 4, Drd 3 Components: V, S, DF Casting Time: 1 standard action Range: Touch Target: Living creature touched Duration: Instantaneous; see text Saving Throw: Fortitude negates; see text Spell Resistance: Yes

Calling upon the venomous powers of natural predators, you infect the subject with a horrible poison by making a successful melee touch attack. The poison deals 1d10 points of temporary Constitution damage immediately and another 1d10 points of temporary Constitution damage 1 minute later. Each instance of damage can be negated by a Fortitude save (DC 10 + 1/2 your caster level + your Wis modifier).
