magic-psionic transparency

Hello, just a series of questions seeing how people run psionics/magic interactions. Or think they should be run.

Playing by the default rules of magic-psionic transpancy should the psionic skills and feats be actually seperate to the magic versions?

Divine Magic and Arcane Magic share Craft wand, should someone with Craft wand and Psionic magic just make a Dorje with no seperate feat?

Should Use Magic Device and Use Psionic Device be one skill?

What about Psicraft and Spellcraft? Knowledge Psionics being seperate makes sense as Knowledge Religion and Arcane are also split.

If you made Craft Arms and Armor the same then adding magic and psionic effects on the same weapon would be allowed. But if you keep transparency but require different feats would you let someone add both types of effects eg Keen Bodyfeeder. With Eberron where magic and psionics are transparent would you stop this from working? What about letting an Artificer add a psionic +1 affect with Personal Weapon Augmentation even if he doesn't have the psionic feats and skills?

For the people who beleive that even under transparency you should have seperate feats and skills, then should divine and arcane magic be split up with a Craft Divine Arms and Armor etc?

IMHO the magic- psionic transparence are for the magic and psionic interaction spells-powers not feats or skills

for know what powers are manifested you need knowledge psionics not spellcraft and to know what spell is cast you need spellcraft not Know psionics.

to make items you can make a belt of giant st with animal afinity instead bull st requirement, but you need the craft wondrous or craft universal item

to use a magic item you need UMD
to use a psionic item you need UPD

Going by the XPH, feats, skills, etc. are separate even if you're using full transparency (which is the assumed default). I would allow the skills to overlap, though (so Use Magic Device is the same as Use Psionic Device), unless you're using the Psionics Is Different option.
