I am confused about the rememorizing spells. How do i do this? I see it as:

You use a spell then you sleep for 8 hours then 1 hour memorizing (or meditating). But you cant do this till 8 hours after you rested previously.

Ex. I have 2 spells both magic missile i use them. So now i must wait 8 hours from time i rested before. So if i finished memorizing them at 8am i cant sleep and rememorize till 4 pm?

This answer is only true for arcane casters (it's slightly different for the divine ones):

Before you can memorize spells for the day, you have to rest for 8h uninterrupted (each interruption adds one more hour of rest). After the resting period, you can memorize your spells, let's say this happens at 8am.

Now you can cast them anytime, but you can only rememorize them, if the following is true:

a) you have not cast them during the last 8h;
b) there have been 24h (one day) passed since you last memorized them;
c) you have (again) rested for 8h uninterrupted prior to memorizing them.

Note, that you can memorize them all or only a few of them, since the requirements a)-c) might be fulfilled for some, but not for all of your spell slots.

For example, you rested and memorized spells in the morning. Later the day, you used two of your spells up. In the night, your sleep was interrupted and you used another spell up, which you had not used til then. You rest on to complete the 8h and for one more hour, because of the interruption. In the morning you can now rememorize the two spells you used earlier the last day, but not the one you used during the night, since it has been cast during the last 8h. You can however (with proper rest) rememorize that spell a few hours later (after 8h have passed since you used it).
