Magical Body Piercings

I've generally decided that all magical body piercings are basically just magic rings that you can put in other areas of your body. But I'm actually looking for opinions on magic item slots piercings should take.

Obviously the most common area, are the ears. But should there be two additional slots for earrings? Much like how it was under the Infinity Engine PC game Planescape: Torment in addition to the standard slots that existed in Baldur's Gate (which seem to match up with the item slots mentioned in the DMG before 3e came out).
Or should having something like magical nipple piercing take up some already existing item slot? Or what about sort of considering them as items that don't take up slots (multiply cost by 2)? Or how about sort of half way between there, by multiplying the cost by 1.5?

I'd make them slotless, but the compromise of x1.5 doesn't make me queasy.

PS: I had a monk with a tongue stud with continual flame cast on it... very helpful when he wanted to quench the light source,

I think I would price them as items that don't take up a slot, and
I would also rule that for magical earrings to work you need to wear one on both ears. For practical purposes I would probably limit it to two pairs of earrings and one piercing at any other part (ie, one nose ring, one belly ring, and so on).
