magical curses/maladies

[Evilhalfling]

I'm looking for some good magical curses/ maladies. Such as might result from being fed on by far realm beasties.

some poster here had a d100+ list that would be great but I forgot who had it.
otherwise suggestions are welcome!
I would prefer 4e or system neutral.

Back in 2e I had a pc in my campaign who got infected by a Far Realms fungus that grew on his brain. It let him see things swimming between in the space between spaces, kind of like in From Beyond. His head gradually swelled up until a third eye split open on his enlarged forehead- and said eye was independent from him. The rest of the party had to find a lich who could shrink them down and inject them into his skull to destroy the fungus before they could 'fix' him.
