Magitech settings or core rpgs

Are there any games or systems that are magitech setting similar to Final Fantasy 8, 9, 10 and even 12? Not like Iron Kingdoms, no steampunk or shadowrun. More fantastical world with humanoid looking and crazy looking races. Firearms (that does not have to be gunpowered), flying vehicles and high magical technology on a single planet/world.

Well, I took Second World Sourcebook and added in rules from the 3.0 books Arsenal and Factory and spun up my FF-VI and VII inspired Second World Japan. (Second World Sourcebook has things like rules for using modern tech, but not really ultra-tech, but Second World Japan has that vibe... so I imported Arsenal and Factory to be my rules there.)

Under the same system is Tharkold. You could mine the two for plenty of magitech goodness.
