Magnifying Glass Stand for Miniatures?

I'm looking for one of those adjustable magnifying glasses on a stand that I can use hands-free when I'm painting minis. Anyone know where I can get one and how much they cost?

I LOVE my head-band magnifiers I got from:

www.fdjtool.com

Check under "tools" at the left, and go down a bit to "magnifiers".

You can raise and lower them, or just adjust them so you can easily look through them or over them, and one of the best features is that your magnification is stereoscopic, which allows you far better depth perception when working the brush over a single magnifying glass...

They have several kinds. I would not trade mine away. I'm not a great painter, but my work has improved significantly now that I have these.

Moticon.

As a Chicagoan, I doubt I can help you with any ideas for local stores. Perhaps if you add a city another EN Worlder from your general area can help.

I'm not looking for specific stores, just the type of store. Who uses these things?

re: the websites above, I guess I should have been clearer. I'm not looking for a traditional mag glass, I'm looking for one of the ones that comes on a double-jointed stand which is flexible and you can move it around. I saw it on a miniature website a long time ago (can't remember which one) and it was used by the painters. The mag glass is built right into a frame that is attached to the arm, and the whole thing can be moved around. It's sort of like those arms with lights that dentists have on their ceiling so they can move them around without getting in the way (except this one sits on your table or desk).

I see. Larger Hobby and Craft stores have them. I got one on sale for about twenty bucks and modified it with a bulb that throws natural light. Contact the mods and ask them to move this to the miniatures forum and maybe you'll get even more suggestions. Good luck!
