No Action personal
Trigger: you start the turn stunned, dazed or unconscious

do you get one action or all three?

ie. can the sorcerer remove both effects (temporarily) or just one?

You get your round as normal (three actions)

There is nothing that would imply the "or" is a logical "exclusive or."

"as if you were not stunned, dazed or unconscious" says to me, as if you were none of those. So you can remove any and all, temporarily.
