Class features include
- deadlines, what deadlines? Experienced web developers can put fully functional database-backed systems on line in half the time normally required by consuming large quantities of fast food and Mountain Dew, though they take a -2 penalty to their computer use checks for writing code while doing this.
- I thought you said that was impossible Once per week, a master web developer can devise an arcane script hack that allows something that normally can't be done on the web, because marketing insists that it has to work that way. This hack has a cumulative 1% chance per week of failing in a corner case.

Requirements: Bluff (8 ranks), Forge (5 ranks), knowledge: arcana (5 ranks).
Granted abilities:

Almost done - the Master Procrastinator gains his Prc-level as bonus on bluff checks to convince others, he's on schedule with his project.

Colorful explanations - once per day the MPr may reroll a failed bluff check pertaining to his current occupation.

Working rush - for one hour per Prc-level before the deadline, the Master Procrastinator gains twice his INT bonus to all relevant checks. Also the time usually required to make a check is halved.

I turned it in yesterday - at tenth level the Master Procrastinator gains his greatest ability: Even after a deadline has run out, he can convince his superior, that he already delivered his finished project. He doesn't suffer the usual -20 penality for telling outright unbelievable lies.
