Making Arrows

Does one have to take weaponsmith to make arrows or does bow making cover it?

The skill description in the PHB says "When casting the spell minor creation....such as a Craft (bowmaking) check to make straight arrow shafts."

I would say that Bowmaking covers the skills for making the bow and ammunition.
