They've done that so far with their other material (the Hyperconscious stuff is what I recall). I believe that there's one new race, the dracha, which IIRC have already been previewed and if not, probably will be soon. All the classes will now go to 25 levels, but that really probably won't affect you at all; a few NPCs might have 21+ levels, but they'll be rare and probably not in adventures. You can always use the free core 21+ level system. Monte Cook's said that there will be no basic changes in the AU stuff (possibly aside from Mojh levels losing their breath weapon, but unless you're playing a Return of the Dragons campaign, that won't be necessary to change).

Here's the most important question IMHO:

Will there be any way for someone who already owns AU and the Diamond Throne and doesn't want to spend a ton of money on mostly reprinted material to seprately get only the new, updated info found in AE? Will future supplements to AE also be fully, 100% compatable with AU, or will there be new classes, feats, powers, spells, races, etc found only in AE that will throw owners of AU for a loop? What, if anything, is being done about this?QUOTE]
