Malladin's Gate: Printing Problems

Sorry if this is the wrong forum - I'm having a technical issue printing the "Forgotten Heroes: Paladin" pdf which I just bought today (50% off!). Anyway, all of the "u", "v", "w", "x", and "y" characters print out as "1/2" making it very difficult to read. I've bought several pdfs before from other companies and never had this problem. Anybody know what I can do to fix this? Thanks!

You have anti-aliasing on? Not exactly sure what that is, but it cleans up .pdfs a bit.

You can always select to print it out as an image. That usually takes care of most font problems. I imagine the problem you have is one having to do with embedded fonts.

I've had that problem with PDFs before, sort of... though for me, they normaly print out as little square boxes. The prior poster was correct... just select "print as image". It might print a bit slower (for some reason it does, though I can't think of why) but it does fix it.
