Maneuver: Flashing Sun

Allows you to make an extra melee attack if you're making a full round attack. However, it says "All the attacks you make this round, including the extra attack granted by this maneuver, are made with a -2 penalty"

So, if my lvl 6 rogue with two weapon fighting has an attack bonus with his daggers of +10, he can take two attacks at +8. If I use this maneuver with my two weapon fighting, is it +8/+8/+8, or +6/+6/+8?

The bonuses would be +6/+6/+6. Both penalties would apply to all of your attacks.

It follows the same rules as Flurry of Blows and Rapid Shot.
