Ah, that Astral Dreadnought cover -- my favorite D&D cover of all time! :D

And what a name, too .... "Astral Dreadnought" .... talk about strange, menacing, and evocative! :cool:

The only thing that would be cooler than a Boris Vallejo cover would be a Frank Frazetta cover.

Not a fan at all of the 4E astral dread. cover. It lacks texture/depth and looks honestly like a plush toy.

Easley's is very nice, even though I don't like his art style that much. (You can tell his art style)...however, Easley's head is awesome for it. Just overall something bothers me on it.

Overall, I prefer Tony's version in the Planescape Monstrous Compendium II....

I think I'll have to sculpt my own one ....

*looks at his art table for all his painting and sculpting projects and wonders when he can do it*
