Many Questions!

Help me with this questions plz:

1) Some powers have elemental modifier like Thunderwave 1d6 + Int modif thunder damage, my question is all the damage is thunder damage or only the modifier??
2) Ranger, Twin Strike at-will attack targets 1 or 2 creatures and make 2 attacks, if i target just 1 creature i can do 2 attacks to the same target?
3) Bard, Guiding Strike at-will attack makes the target takes -2 penalty to one defense of you choice, and Ardent Demoralizing Strike at-will attack lvl 1 makes the target takes -2 penalty to all defenses. My question is if the two attacks hits the same target the penalty is -4 or dont add together??

1. All of it, usually, but some powers will say something like "2W + Strength damage plus 1d10 thunder damage." In this case it's only the 1d10. But the power will call out the damages separately in this case.
